1. Who we are
OÜ Alrent ("Alrent", "we") - Tartu mnt 10, Tallinn, Estonia - operates alrent.ee, a platform connecting construction workers with construction companies in Estonia and the Baltic region. Contact: info@alrent.ee.
2. What data we collect
When you submit a worker application or an employer request we collect the data you provide: your name, phone number, trade/specialty, company name (for employers), and any CV file you attach. We also store your language preference in your browser.
3. Why we process it
We process this data solely to match workers with construction sites and employers with crews, and to contact you about your application or request. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Application data is kept while your application is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@alrent.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
