Our story
Built on one simple rule: the worker never pays
Alrent started in 2014, when our founders watched good welders and concrete workers lose a month of wages to middlemen just to get on a site. We decided to flip the model: the employer pays for staffing, the worker keeps every euro.
Today we run a base of 2,400+ vetted specialists and have delivered crews to 180 sites across Estonia and the Baltics - residential complexes, logistics centers, highways and industrial plants.

How we operate
Three principles we never bend
Contract before boots on site
Nobody starts a shift without a signed employment contract. Legal payroll and tax contributions from day one - it protects the worker and the client alike.
The worker pays nothing
Our service is paid by the employer. Workers keep their full wage - no placement fees, no deductions, no grey schemes.
Long-term sites, not gig churn
We line up the next site before the current one ends. Stable clients and year-round projects mean our workers stay employed, not waiting.
