How it works

No interview marathon, no agency queues. A short form, one phone call and a matched site - here is the exact path, day by day.
The path
Four phases, start to first shift

A 2-minute form: name, phone, trade. No CV required - attach one if you have it.
We call within 24 hours
A coordinator calls to confirm your trade, experience and documents, and answers your questions.
You get a matched site
A concrete offer: site, hourly rate, schedule, housing. You say yes or ask for another option.
You start with a contract
The employment contract is signed before your first shift. Pay is official and arrives on schedule.

Average time from application to first shift, based on current open sites.
Know before you say yes
What every offer spells out
Hourly rate
A concrete range for your trade - 13-20 EUR/hr across our current sites. The exact figure is fixed in your contract.
Format and schedule
Rotation (30/15, 45/15 or 60/15) or on-site work on 5/2 and 6/1 schedules, shifts of 8-12 hours - stated per site.
Housing and meals
Company-paid dormitory or rotation camp on most rotations; city sites come with housing help. Meal terms are listed for every site.
Workwear and tools
Most sites issue workwear and tools. Where you bring your own, the offer says so upfront.
Frequent questions
When do I get paid?
Salary is paid on schedule to your bank account, with taxes handled - the exact pay dates are written into your contract.
Who pays for housing?
Most rotation sites include company-paid dormitory or camp housing. City sites either include housing or we help you find it - conditions are stated in every offer.
What if the site ends early?
We start matching your next site before the current one wraps up. That is our steady-workload commitment.
Do I need to speak Estonian?
No. Russian is enough on most sites, and site coordinators help with the rest. English is a plus, not a requirement.
Can I choose the city?
Yes - tell the coordinator your preference. Tallinn, Tartu, Narva and Pärnu have openings most often.
