Who is the legal employer?
Alrent. We sign the contracts, run payroll and carry the employer obligations. You direct the work on site.
What about liability and insurance?
Workers come with legal employment and required coverage. Site-specific inductions and safety rules stay on your side.
Is there a minimum crew size?
No hard minimum - requests from 5 workers get the fastest turnaround. For 1-2 specialists, ask - it depends on the trade.
What if a worker underperforms?
Tell your account manager - we replace the worker within 24 hours, free. That guarantee is in the service contract.
